Your brain is the command and control center of the entire body. 

If your brain does not “create” it, your body will not do it. This is not to say you can’t temporarily shake the body into action by taking sugar, stimulants, or physically moving, or force sleep by taking various medications, but at some point, all these techniques will wear off and you’ll come crashing back to where your brain wants you to be.
