this isn’t a quick fix or crash diet. this isn’t a 30-60-90 day plan. this is your new life. it will require a mental shift. it will involve change. but strategically and consistently implementing these things will pay off. and it will become natural as time goes on.

every plan needs a starting point. and we think that it makes sense to jump in with gusto. let’s do this! you are committed, right? right. then here we go…

to kick things off, let’s clean house. literally and figuratively.

head to your pantry, fridge, secret stash…and clean that stuff out. you are going to focus on removing simple carbs, processed foods, and sugar. dump the junk. and while you’re at it, get rid of even your “healthy” packaged snacks too. start fresh without all the processed stuff. if it is there, you will eat it so don’t have it around. make a decision and just do it. and do not even bother to continue reading if this step isn’t complete.

okay, you've cleaned house. now it's time to get into some clean living. this plan is not about deprivation or crazy calorie obsession…it is about nourishing your body. swapping out the junk and using whole foods to fuel your body and allow it to work properly. the daily plan is where you will live your life.

we encourage you to make a commitment. find accountability. and be consistent. use the products daily. and really make this a fundamental shift. pairing our products with power-packed foods with give you healthy results. everyone is different. results will vary. but, if you stick with it, you will see your new self emerge and you will feel better.

SWEAT

get your ZZZZZs. rest is essential for proper functioning. you need restorative nighttime sleep - proper duration and proper quality. and hey, take a nap if you need it!
